I believe strongly in integrity and ethics - old fashioned concepts, but the only true ones to build a successful business upon. Having spent a commercial life-time in a family business environment, I am acutely aware of the demands on family executives, non-family executives and their boards and management teams. The conflicting interests and demands placed on all the stakeholders in a business, not just a family business, are what fascinate me. The interconnectedness of the organisation and the stakeholders can give rise to amazing success if harnessed and exploited correctly - and THAT is precisely what I like to do - assist in harnessing and unleashing the potential contained within every organisation.
